Dr. Richard Paolo Bustos Deluria, PhD, RPm
An executive educator, licensed psychometrician and social entrepreneur from Cabuyao, Laguna. He established Abu Dhabi's first Filipino-curriculum nursery and leads the development of Edunexxuss and SRK E-Learning.
He holds a PhD in Education (Curriculum Design, Development and Supervision), an MS in Psychology and a BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and completed Harvard Business School Executive Education's Senior Executive Leadership Program – Middle East.
Frances Louise Tardeo Deluria, MBA, RN
A registered nurse and business professional from Santa Rosa City, Laguna. Her clinical career in pediatric and pediatric intensive care in the Philippines and Abu Dhabi shaped her commitment to empathy, safety and accountable service.
She holds a BS in Nursing and an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire, and leads finance, strategic planning and sustainable operations for the group.
